Terms & Conditions – Stuffort Application

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Stuffort mobile application, website, and services (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By registering, browsing, or placing an order on Stuffort, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Buyer”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using the Platform.

 1. Eligibility

To use Stuffort, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older.

• You provide accurate personal information (name, address, contact number).

• You use the platform only for lawful purchasing purposes.

 2. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the functioning of the application.

• Attempt unauthorized access to user data, backend systems, or servers.

• Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Violation may lead to account suspension, legal action, or both.

 3. Product Information & Pricing

• All product details, images, and prices displayed on Stuffort are for informational purposes.

• Prices may change due to stock availability, market fluctuations, or offers.

• Final price including taxes, delivery charges, and discounts will be shown at checkout.

In the rare event of pricing error, the order may be cancelled after notification to user.

 4. Orders & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately.

• Order cancellation by user may be allowed only before order confirmation.

• Stuffort reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Wrong pricing/technical error

  • Suspected fraud or bulk orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per Refund Policy.

 5. Delivery & Timelines

• Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to location, weather, traffic, or operational challenges.

• Customer must be available to receive the order at provided address.

• For prepaid orders, the customer may be required to show order code / OTP for confirmation.

If order fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, delivery charges may not be refunded.

 6. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns may be approved only in case of:

• Spoiled or expired product

• Wrong product delivered

• Quantity mismatch

• Damaged or leaking packaging

Conditions:

• Proof must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery (photo/video).

• Perishable items like milk, curd, vegetables, bread must be reported immediately.

Refund method:

• Wallet credit / voucher / bank refund depending on case and payment mode.

Stuffort’s resolution decision will be final.

 7. Payment & Security

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (in selected areas).

• All online payments are processed via secure payment gateways.

• Stuffort does not store or share card/financial details.

Fraudulent transactions will result in legal action.

 8. Stuffort Wallet / Credits (if applicable)

• Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn in cash (unless specified).

• Cashback or promotional credits may have expiry dates.

 9. Subscription / Milk Plan (if applicable)

For recurring milk/grocery delivery plans:

• Pause or modification must be requested before 7:00 PM of the previous day.

• No refund will be provided for partial month cancellation, unless service failure is proven.

 10. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Respect delivery staff and support team

• Not misuse customer support, refund claims, or rating system

• Not engage in fraudulent activities

Repeated violations may lead to termination of account.

 11. Communication & Notifications

By using Stuffort, you allow us to contact you via:

• SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Notifications, Phone calls

Communication may include order updates, marketing offers, and policy updates.

You can opt out of promotional messages anytime.

 12. Intellectual Property

All content on Stuffort including:

• Logo, design, text, graphics, icons, images, software
  is the property of Stuffort and cannot be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

 13. Limitation of Liability

Stuffort is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by:

• Force Majeure (flood, strike, pandemic, natural disaster, political disturbance)

• Mistakes by third-party suppliers or delivery partners

• Incorrect information provided by users

Maximum liability in any case will not exceed the order value paid.

 14. Privacy & Data Security

User data will be handled according to Stuffort Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, misuse, or share user data without consent.

 15. Modification of Terms

Stuffort may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the application implies acceptance of updated Terms.

 16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian Law.
Legal disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of [City / State of Head Office] courts only.
